Do I need horse experience?
No. All sessions are beginner‑friendly and guided step‑by‑step.
Do we ride the horses?
No — all sessions are groundwork‑only for safety and accessibility.
What should I wear?
Closed‑in shoes and comfortable clothing suitable for outdoor activities. Hat and sunscreen on warmer days and bottled water if required.
Is this counselling or psychotherapy?
No. Sessions are experiential and supportive but not clinical therapy.
Can children attend?
Yes, with parental consent and supervision depending on age.
What if I’m nervous around horses?
That’s completely okay. We move slowly and at your pace.
What happens if I don’t turn up for my session
If you do not attend your scheduled session and no notice is provided, the full session fee is charged. This protects the time set aside for you, ensures the wellbeing and preparation of our horses and allows us to offer appointments fairly to all clients.
